United States fulfilment
Our launch collection is fulfilled from inventory in the United States. Products marked “Ships from USA” are dispatched through a United States fulfilment location. The legal seller remains Adventure Pioneer International Limited, a Hong Kong limited company.
Shipping charges
The product page shows the current estimated shipping charge for each item or option. The final shipping charge, available service, taxes, and order total will be shown before payment. A multi-item order may arrive in more than one parcel.
Processing and delivery estimates
Any processing, dispatch, or delivery date shown at checkout or in an order confirmation is an estimate based on information reasonably available when the order is accepted. Delivery may be affected by address checks, carrier operations, weather, customs, or other events outside our reasonable control.
If no shipping time is stated for a United States order, we will have a reasonable basis to expect shipment within 30 days. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will send a delay notice with a revised date and give the customer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a prompt refund.
Addresses, tracking, and risk
Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address. Tracking is provided when the selected service supports it. Risk of loss passes when the order is delivered to the address supplied by the customer, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
International delivery
Available countries are shown at checkout. Unless checkout states that duties and import taxes are included, the recipient is responsible for charges assessed by the destination country. Refusing a parcel does not automatically cancel an order; any refund is handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
