30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Submit a request through Contact page before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions and the correct return destination. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed or refused.
Return condition
For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unwashed, free from pet hair and damage, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, and labels. Opened hygiene-sensitive goods, personalized goods, gift cards, and items clearly marked final sale cannot be returned for change of mind. These exclusions do not limit rights that apply to faulty, unsafe, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as practical, preferably within 7 days after delivery, with the order number and clear photos. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, is faulty, or is not the item ordered, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable authorized return shipping where a return is required.
Return shipping
For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refundable. Do not send a return to an address printed on the parcel without first receiving return instructions, because fulfilment and return locations may differ.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. If we cancel an unshipped order, the amount paid for that order will be refunded promptly.
Mandatory rights
This policy adds to any non-waivable consumer remedies under the law that applies to you. Nothing in this policy excludes those rights.
