Choose and inspect carefully
Select products for your pet’s species, size, age, health, and behaviour. Read the product page and packaging before use. Inspect every item before first use and regularly afterwards. Stop use and replace the item if it is torn, cracked, loose, exposed, or otherwise damaged.
Toys and feeding products
Supervise play. No pet toy is indestructible, and a toy is not intended to be eaten. Keep pieces that could be swallowed away from pets. Wash feeding and lick products before first use and after each feeding according to the product instructions.
Electrical and warming products
Use only the voltage and power source stated for the product. Keep connectors and electrical parts dry, keep cables away from chewing, allow the pet to move away from the heat, and do not use a damaged cable or pad. Extra care is needed for young, elderly, unwell, or mobility-limited animals. Ask a veterinarian if heat use is suitable for your pet.
Safety reports and recalls
To report an incident or product concern, use Contact page and include the product name, order number, photos, and a description. Stop using the item while the concern is reviewed. Recall and corrective-action notices will be posted on this website and sent directly where customer records allow.
