Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 23 September 2026

Seller and acceptance

This website and the Dear Pals store are operated by Adventure Pioneer International Limited, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.

Products and safe use

We aim to describe products accurately, including material, size, colour, price, dispatch origin, and safety guidance. Screen colours and handmade or flexible materials may vary slightly. Pet products must be chosen for the animal’s size and behaviour, used under appropriate supervision, and inspected regularly. Stop use if an item is damaged.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, tax, duty, and the complete payable total are shown before payment where the checkout can calculate them. Submitting an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for stock, payment, pricing, address, fraud, legal, or safety reasons and will refund any amount captured for a cancelled item.

Delivery, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping & Delivery and Return & Refund policies form part of these terms. They explain United States fulfilment, timing, delays, return eligibility, and refund processing.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information and reasonable protection of your login credentials. You may not misuse the site, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, scrape the store in a way that harms service, or use site content to violate law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

The Dear Pals branding, original site design, copy, and other original content belong to us or our licensors. Product names and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. No content may be commercially reused without permission except as allowed by law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Any permitted limit does not affect remedies for goods that are faulty, unsafe, damaged, or materially different from their description.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections or access to courts available under the law of the customer’s usual place of residence.

Contact and changes

Questions may be submitted through Contact page. We may update these terms prospectively. The terms accepted for an order continue to govern that order.
